  Seller does not respond to messages quick enough. It took me a few messages to get their attention, and by the time they responded it was too late to make a change to my order. I did receive the item as described and seems to be a decent product, time will tell.

  I mistakenly bought the wrong brand of oil, and since the delivery is very fast, I didn't have time to cancel and it was sent. But it doesn't matter. The seller accepted the return and refunded the money. I bought the right oil from the same company, but it was synthetic. Good seller A+⁵.

  I ordered and paid for 4 1 gallon containers. Over $100. They sent me 12 quarts. Thats only 3 gallons. I have tried to contact the seller a few times. I sent pictures, explained what happened. They finally said that they were preparing to ship the last gallon. It's been at least 2 weeks and still nothing.
