  I am positive that this is a scam company. That knows her product is no good because they will not send me a new one And They don't want it back will not let me return ithey said if They said if I take the negative review off of it They would give me $60 of my money Is that. Which would be nice least I would get something back. It takes them a long time to respond. And it's mainly the same thing over and over. They need to Looked at I don't want other people ripped off.   Seller was great, Amazon shipping was not. This review is for the seller only. They were great with communication and when it became apparent that the shipper had lost the package, (not sure how the shipper can have the same package in two different states at the same time - see photo) they issued an immediate refund. I would do business with them again. I have them 5 stars because they did the right thing and had excellent communication.

  The item was shipped promptly with the correct shipping and tracking information. The item was packaged adequately with padding and buffers to protect the contents from damage. The package arrived with an exceptionally fast shipment time. Upon opening the package, the contents were just as described as in the auction. The quality of the Item exceeded my expectations. This transaction was a great sale, and the seller is obviously a reliable Merchant.

  The item was exact and in perfect condition. The value was superb! The item shipping was excellent by being sent out the day after I ordered it. The problem arose when FedEx said the product would be here on April 26th. After asking for a refund on April 29th the package arrived on May 01. No explanation as to why.
