It was dead on android phone and tablet as well as laptop. I reported this and received a refund. The overall appearance suggested good quality and value for money had I got a working unit. It is mutually belived that due to packaging issues the unit was damaged in transit. Seller promises to review packaging with a view to offering better protection in transit. Excellent seller communication and commitment.
