    Very happy with outcome. My item was lost in the post so I messaged the seller. They arranged another one straight away and delivery of the second parcel was very quick. Customer service was excellent. The item itself was exactly as described and in new condition in original packaging. I'm looking forward to trying it. I have given 5 stars for everything because they can't control problems with Royal Mail. I would recommend this seller and will definitely buy from them again.

    1st item arrived wrong colour messaged seller who was very apologetic and had the correct colour sent to me within 48 hours great customer service, been using these guys for a while will continue to use them for as long as they keep selling or my hair holds out 😅

    The original order hadn’t arrived after over a week expected by Royal Mail, so contacted ukimpressions , very quick response, apologies, offer full refund or delivery ( order seemed lost in post) asked for delivery which arrived by Royal Mail within days, I have used this supplier regularly, products always excellent and received quickly (except the lost in post)
