  Posted on time unfortunately postage company took their time they had for a week before attempting to deliver not sellers fault at all as I was tracking item, packaged great so no damage could happen, item exactly as described and pictured and great price for the product ordered. Very happy would order again 💯% from this seller!

  Thanks so much for the seller i contacted him because I lost my package he back to me within 2 days saying sorry about that even its not his fault the delivery guy delivered to some one else he sorted my problem and send me the same thing as I did not receive many many thanks

  Lovely charm as described. P&P was free and item was dispatched promptly. However, Evri did not deliver the item until two days after the latest expected delivery date which was disappointing.

  The delivered item has visible flaws that were not shown on the photos provided by the seller. However, the seller graciously refunded the amount I paid, which was very unexpected. I appreciate their honesty!

  Great value for money, only downside is it was sent by Evri who are next to useless, the package was left on the outside steps didn’t even bother to ring the bell
