    Every now and then you get a seller where 5 out of 5 isn’t high an enough rating. Ordered the item the on a Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon they were delivered (insanely speedy delivery) The quality was perfect. The condition and appearance was exactly how the item was described. Most of all then was the value and communication from the seller was second to none. Can’t recommend this sellers company high enough, absolutely stellar service! AAA+++

    Wow, wow, wow - this black vase is absolutelty gorgeous. Very high quality & looks fab - great value for the money. Arrived very well packaged & in record time. Customer service was also excellent - I had a question before ordering which was responded to quickly. Would highly recommed.

    Perfect item and very fast dispatch but typical Amazon delivery. Parcel left on front doorstep overnight in pouring rain although I was in the house. Item undamaged but very wet. I only discovered delivery by email. Pay drivers peanuts you get monkeys! Seller not to blame. Thank you for excellent service.

    Just been delivered now, 05/08/25 at 17.05 - Two days earlier than stated. Supposed to be coming via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour but arrived in Amazon Packaging by courier! Awesome speedy delivery by this seller. Not even showing on tracking as posted yet!

    This seller went 100 percent out of his way to get my order sorted which had got lost by the delivery company He sent a replacement one out on the day I reported it had not come. Received it the same day. So very very happy with customer services Thank you

    This item was actually delivered via Amazon at just after ten to three this afternoon. Driver was absolutely flawless and deserved a handshake. It was partnered with an order from Amazon itself so this saved the job from another courier. Will be unwrapped immediately. One is just an address label, the other wrapped in a small brown paper bag. Thank you so much indeed. Faithfully Stuart
