  Item was: poorly packed & was not "excellent" as described, but told it was not repairable by authorized Canon service center (toner door bent, broken part visible inside toner door, toner tray inoperable - photos available), power cord missing, seller was slow in responding to my concerns, and when responding did not directly answer in standard North American business language and often used the terms, "my side"&"your side", and evaded my simple direct concerns.
