  I have not received the watch, the courier said I refused to accept the package. This is not true, we have not left the house to day, no attempt was made to deliver the watch. What can we do to receive the package?

  UPS delivered but the machine to take the customs fee didn't work driver came back in the afternoon ,didn't work again so l paid in cash ,then UPS sent me an invoice for £327 saying it was unpaid ,l had to xall them took ages but finally resolved .Supplier not to blame but UPS have to up the ante on their card payment facilities

  My experience was absolutely horrible. First he listed the watch with pictures and a description making it look like he had it in stock and ready to ship. When I placed my order he then told me I was going to have to be patient and wait while he ordered it from the manufacture. The watch ended up being on back order. After it was apparent it was gonna be several months, He did communicate with me and offer to refund my money but then played games for several weeks until I disputed the charges.

  The beginning of the evaluation is correct, the watch is difficult to obtain at the moment. It is not true that I would have played 'games'. I immediately offered to refund the customer's money and to contact him when this model is available again.
