  This is exactly what I needed! UPS had a slight delay in getting the item to me on time, but Ubargain was excellent in communicating with me to make it an even better deal for us both. It was NIB as described in the ad, with sealed packaging and everything. An outstanding deal, I will look to buy from Ubargain again in the future!

  I did not receive the power cable with my order. The supplier has another unit listed that includes a power cable. I assumed that since this was marked as a new open box item, they would be able to provide me with the power cable. Nevertheless, the seller seems reliable and has communicated well with me.

  The listing clearly states in the policies only what is shown in the photos is what is being sold. Asked the buyer to open a return multiple times.
