    The Dutch Army Hooped Bivy arrived in a lesser condition than described. However, after reaching out to GoMilitar regarding the situation, the seller was extremely quick to respond, easy to deal with and very fair in their attempt to remedy the problem. I do believe the discrepancy in condition was an honest oversight on the part of GoMilitar and based on their exceptional customer service, I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

My order arrived a week ahead of schedule and in good shape despite crossing the Big Pond and suffering the tender mercies of USPS.     This was exactly what I ordered, brand new and in the manufacturer's box, unopened. The shipping stated it would arrive July 22nd, but I received it 5 days early. I was nervous about the shipping from so far away - a Scandinavian country, to the US. The Netherlands, I think? At times the package looked lost or was untrackable. Apparently it's because it's not trackable when it goes through customs. It all turned out okay though, I just needed to be patient and to have a bit of faith.
