  Received our Sesame Street Elmo pumpkin today. The seller took great care in packaging the product. Unfortunately there was a small piece broken. I contacted seller and she responded right away and asked what she could do for me. We agreed on a refund amount. The refund was processed within minutes. This seller is AWESOME!! Great customer service and communication. Will add to my favorites.

  Item arrived quickly and superbly packaged. Seriously, it took me 5 minutes to cut through the bubble wrap and packing tape! Item was in perfect condition. Terrific seller!!!

  Ever since I first saw this online I've been wanting it ever since. It's exactly as pictured and looks so good with my decor. I'm keeping it up all year round. It came so well packaged to, like it was covered in layers of bubble wrap and anything thick to keep it from breaking along the way.. thank you again!
