The items were securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with paper to prevent movement during shipping. The lamp was shipped in two boxes, both of which arrived simultaneously. The product matched the pictures exactly. While the lamp's price was similar to others, this vendor had better reviews, which influenced the purchase decision.

  Parting out a $700 to $800 bicycle. Weird / happy "accident". Picture showed rear wheel, description mentioned front wheel. I bought it anyway, although I wanted a Deep 6 FRONT wheel. Seller "accidentally" shipped front wheel. Glory to God for the switcheroo. Over the top carefully packaged, as requested. Overall happy.

  A part that came with the blender piece was missing making it unusable. The seller was quick to reply, and offered a full refund without me having to return the product even after I offered to just pay for everything but the broken part. Very good seller
