  The packaging was excellent—carefully wrapped to ensure the glass lamp shade and base arrived undamaged. The items were securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with paper to prevent movement during shipping. The lamp was shipped in two boxes, both of which arrived simultaneously. The product matched the pictures exactly. While the lamp's price was similar to others, this vendor had better reviews, which influenced the purchase decision.

  Excellent! Fast shipper. Packaged great for the apocalypse! As far as estate pipes go, it’s hard for the buyer to tell if a pipes chamber being it was used, will be smoke worthy or toast until they clean it out. That’s the gamble we take. Fortunately, in the case of this Royal Demuth, upon cleaning I found the chamber to be solid and with plenty of life left. It cleaned up well and now is money well spent! Great little pipe as described. Excellent seller! Thank you!

  Timely shipping, packaged extremely carefully in lots of bubblewrap, and the smaller part was perfectly intact. Unfortunately, the fragility of the larger piece caused it to break during shipping. I received prompt communication from the seller about receiving a partial/full refund.
