Having been eBay members for over 20 years, we know how it feels to deal with poor communication/packaging, slow processing, and lack of detail by other sellers. We've used that experience to continually strive to be the best at providing fast and detailed customer service as well as same-day shipping.

My husband and I have always run our own businesses together with our own shipping department. We have experience shipping over 50,000 packages since 2000. We are well aware of various packaging materials' stress points, and where reinforcements are needed to ensure that our shipments arrive without damage. We use compressed kraft paper to secure items, and treat every shipment, no matter the cost, with the same attention to detail when packaging. Our customers regularly tell us (as you can see in our feedback) that we have the best packing they've ever seen.
