    Excellent experience! The item was verry well packaged and was received in a timely manner. The seller even included a gift with purchase; very thoughtful. The shoes appear to be in excellent condition and are just as described. They also appear to be of high quality.     Seller accidentally sent the wrong color bag, but gave a full refund and let us keep the bag. Hard to beat that. The bag we received was perfect aside from the color, brand new and securely packed.
