  Item as expected. Posted in market packaging which does not protect it for rough handling in the mail. It did arrive in good condition due to postage being carefully handled. I'd recommend this seller for fast turn around.

  Sent wrong item, don't deal with this company, they don't even have contact facility on web page. I ordered imperial collection of grub screws they sent metric.

  Firsts thing, no we do not have a contact number in Ebay, that goes without saying. Next, we did contact you, not only did we refund you purchase, we sent you the correct product and you kept the imperial kit. What more could we do? Clearly you meant to leave negative feedback however for whatever reason that was beyond your abilities. There are humans at the end of your purchase, we make mistakes and bent over backwards to rectify that to your satisfaction.
