    Took 9 days to finally get these speakers. Asked seller for return, zero flexibility, no chance. Claims they are family business but service was worse than major corporation. Stay away, there are better options on EBay to spend your money with!

    Order placed on a Saturday, we are open Monday to Friday, I have 2 Days shipping service on my listings, you are across the country in PA, We actually shipped on the following Monday. Buyer expectations are too high, even with everything upfront on the listing. Buyer, please make sure you read entire listings so you know what you are getting into. We ARE a family business, and once the package leaves, any return related to buyer remorse hurts us. Buyer has very low feedback rating, be careful!!!

    Very nice heavy (for what it is) electric screwdriver seems to be made well. The Item arrived as described and it great shape. Communication with seller was positive. Shipping was fast. Smooth transaction all the way around. No problems at all with this seller.
