  There was an initial miscommunication, but the seller worked with me in good faith and resolved the issue. All is well and I plan to purchase more shoes from this seller. The shipping time and charges are very reasonable, and handmade shoes make the wait worthwhile.

  I would like to kindly remind you that we kept you fully updated throughout the entire production process, from the selection of leather to the packing of the shoes. You acknowledged receiving these updates and expressed satisfaction with the shoes' appearance prior to shipment. The shoes were shipped exactly as per the specifications and information provided on your order. Additionally, we offered to make a new pair for you, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you

  Seller is a liar! Sent me over 25 messages and I replied to EVERY one. Promised to remake shoes if I revised feedback, so I did. ANOTHER LIE!!! After I revised feedback seller disappeared. Look at the photos of what I ordered and the JUNK that I actually received. Worst experience on eBay in over 20 years!! Seller is a fraud, a liar, and a thief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just look at the photos!!!! PURE TRASH!!!!!
