  My order was shipped and well-packed. There were a few missing pieces, namely, both of the arms of the abyssal maw as well as one of the tentacles of the otyugh in the shadow lurkers box. The seller, however, was gracious and provided me with a partial refund of the total price. Overall, I recommend this seller, as when an issue with the item arose, they diligently worked towards a solution for the problem. A+

  Great price, shipped quickly, and arrived as pictured. It didn't include a base which was a little disappointing, but was advertised only as unpunched/unused and didn't explicitly say that it did. Overall a positive experience, thanks for the deal.
