  I never received the first one, the seller contacted me that item was lost in shipping they sent out replacement out & I received 2nd one parts were as described and they took care of problem right away a very good company to purchase from I thank you for taking care of missing item

  This is by far the best customer service that I had for years. I ordered the wrong part and I was in a hurry to replace it. I went to the dealership to do it. I started a return process for the part that I ordered, and to my surprise they not only fully refunded me but they told me to not worry about returning the part. I am truly greatful to this superior customer service because they saved me time and shipping cost money. Thank you

  Control Arms came in factory packaging so well protected from shipping damage. As described by seller. Ordered 1/21 received 1/24 free shipping. Will look to this seller for other parts when needed,

  Very responsible seller, very easy to work with. I installed the front sway bar links without issue. When I tried to install the rears the bushings were too wide for the brackets. I emailed the seller they tried to offer me $8 to buy 4 new bushings. I explained to them that the solution was ridiculous and asked for half off and a return shipping label for the rears. Without hesitation they gave me the 50% refund. I'd buy from TuningPartsMaster again.

  I bought this part from an online auto part shop 3 times, every time a broken or missing part. I convinced my husband to try eBay. It was 1/3 the price and husband couldn’t believe it was legit. I sent a message confirming to ease the doubt. Seller responded fast and very friendly. Part came perfect, brand new and with everything in the picture. We will now look at his eBay shop before going anywhere else! Perfect seller! Thank you.

  Seller was good enough to work with me unfortunately the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address not the sellers fault, but thankfully the person who received the package has just dropped me off the package. They where packaged great and highly recommended they worked great.
