  Item was not as listed. No Bigsby on guitar despite listed in title of post. Did not charge gst. Did not ship for almost month. After asking for partial refund in lieu of no Bigsby email communication went silent for 3 weeks. Dylan in shop helpful but rarely answer the phone. Eventually gave me $30 refund for Bigsby which usually costs in excess of $200. Guitar was finally shipped and arrived in good condition. Within one week bridge pickup stopped working. Probably wiring issue. Deceiving post

  This was a brand new guitar, we remedied the mistaken shipment and you agreed to the remedy. We offered the bigsby version but this would have taken too long as you put it to have a replacement sent at our cost.

  The seller sent me the wrong guitar, which took three weeks to receive because they failed to properly communicate with FedEx and it remained in Canadian customs for almost two weeks. Upon receipt, I saw it was the wrong guitar. I sent it back and then received a $40.00 bill for FedEx shipping that I paid because I didn't want my credit rating damaged. They told me that they would check to see if they had the right guitar (the one they advertised being for sale) but never contacted me again.

  The correct guitar, was sent, these do not come with pickguards installed they come in the case. They are to be stuck on by the customer or not it is up to the customer. There is a one time $40 brokerage fee for our shipments. This is disclosed on checkout and on our listing page under payments. We have never had a customer complain about a flat brokerage fee that is disclosed in advance.
