  I ordered 18 days ago and it hasn't shipped. Seller declined to cancel the order or respond to messages. I'm in the process of cancelling through ebay and I hopeful to get my money back. Will never order from this seller again.

  This seller did NOT try their best to help even though they were given many chances to make it right. Despite numerous attempts to contact this seller regarding these polishes not included in the package, they NEVER responded. Initiated a claim with eBay with no result. No replacement item and no refund of $27.70. The first request ever needed and to no avail. I have since ordered the missing colors from another seller and will be sure to not use this dishonest and inefficient seller ever again.
