  The seller was prompt in responding to emails. The items were exactly as described. While the package was extremely well packed one glass did arrive broken. Admittedly this was a very fragile item. The seller was very apologetic and immediately issued a credit for the broken glass without any questions. I would easily do business with them again if the opportunity arose.

  this seller was very fast with shipping and message responses. The plates are even better than described! And I love them! The packaging of the stoneware plates was done really well by seller w/ each bubble wrapped individually. One of the plates broke during shipping but the whole box looked stepped on BY usps. Clearly the seller did everything possible to protect the plates in transit. But since one was broken, the seller quickly refunded me for the price of the one plate. I highly recommend.

  Despite a shipping delay, this was a great transaction, and all items arrived in great shape, beautifully packaged. The seller was kind to adjust the high shipping costs, so overall, a very good eBay shopping experience. Thank you!

  Packaging was exceptional! Was so impressed by how carefully these handy espresso cups were packed. Shipping cost was reasonable and fast. Pricing matched value of merchandise, which was perfectly described in listing. Outstanding shopping experience.

  One of the bowls arrived broken into several pieces but it was packed very well. USPS must have been extremely rough with it. The seller was kind enough to refund me half of the total purchase price.
