  Seller was very helpful answering questions prior to placing my order. I received exactly the cartridges I needed at a good price, and they shipped immediately after the holiday weekend. The cartridge I have installed works great so far, but installation instructions would have been helpful for an inexperienced client. (How to shake cartridge, etc.) Very good transaction, I definitely recommend!

  Package took 21 days. USPS took 5 days from PA to Indpls. and 16 days from indianapolis to Tipton, IN, 42.5 miles away. Box was beaten up, but contents appear to be okay. Exellent value. Hope to do business again. Seller fulfilled their part of the transaction well.

  There was an issue with my first and was not the same as pictured but the seller immediately sent me a new one no questions asked! They really care about their buyers! Excellent service !

  I had a negative experience with these sellers. They advertised " True Image " toner for my printer. They sent me a generic " Premium Toner Cartridge ". The only reason I purchased this item from this seller was for the specific brand of Toner they advertised with pictures and description. When I contacted them their only concern was...does it work ? Which is ridiculous... whether it be any product...brand is paramount and linked directly to price. So in the end not trustworthy.
