  Just as advertised. Top quality, new condition, decent value and appearance. Shipping was a bit confusing, seller did not understand that the Post Office ships things to Alaska, just as they do to any of the other United States. Thankfully, after roundabout FedEx then being shunted to the Post Office, item arrived intact and complete. Thanks!

  The order was for two tire hoses. One of them was correct, but the other was incorrect. Upon calling them, they indicated that they would need me to purchase one of the correct hoses, send the incorrect one back (they provided a shipping label), and then wait for them to receive to issue a refund. Hose was sent back, and three business days later, I still have not received a refund. They seemed polite and responsive, but I would have preferred this be resolved with more urgency.

  customer did receive one hose that was incorrect, once we were contacted by the customer regarding this matter, the customer actually wanted a completely different hose that was not in their order, so yes that is the hose that the customer had to purchase from us , and the customer was refunded on the other hose as soon as we received it back to us ,
