  First off Customer service rep Keith is grt stayed in constant contact through out my return process. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item and had to send back but the quality was grt. Was not pleased with how they were packaged the boxes were torn apart and taped all together. Other thank packaging def a gd part n customer service will def be ordering again

  After a shipping issue, they followed up and found the missing items and sent them to me. Stayed in contact with me the entire time. Shipping issue was not their fault. They had great response time and answered all my messages. Product looks great and works great. Well pleased with them and their products. Would recommend them and will be ordering from them again. Highly recommend them.

  Initially there was a problem with shipping as the carrier lost a rotor. Customer Service was excellent, and it was reshipped the same day it was reported. Great work! As advertised!

  Per our messages. You sent a message late yesterday and this was resolved today You provided photos of the box damaged by Fed ex in the message from last night. As we saw by the box it was clearly damaged by Fed ex. We immediately shipped a replacement rotor today and provided you with the tracking number to get you all fixed up. As I said in the messages there is certain things we cannot control and that is Fed Ex. They do not mess up often but it does happen. This was resolved quickly
