We are best friends that decided to get into selling items received on pallet returns etc. Before anyone purchases we'd like everyone to know we sell Brand new items that have never been opened and items that have been returned but we make sure all items are in pristine condition as well as working.We also list that we do not accept returns but ifan item is received and isn't working properly we are extremely happy to work out any kind of deal to make it right or will simply accept returns and will give full refunds.

    1 New Ace Ratchet Pruning Shears still attached to hang card packaging. The shears were packaged well for shipping. Package arrived quickly. Description was accurate. I received a low price pruning Shears. But it will do the job that I purchased it for. I am happy with the purchase.

    Fast shipping. A little disappointed in packing they were tightly packed and shoved in box with nothing in between them and one got scratched up as I took it out of box. Maybe a little better care packaging next time other than that I'm happy
