  It arrived on time and was packed well in a box marked fragile. Also was in a plastic protector case with bubble wrap. The item itself is exactly pictured and described. She's a very cute little Bride Of Frankenstein. Definitely brand new and was definitely was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this seller.
