The seller originally accidentally sent me the sequel to the game I purchased, a reasonable mistake. They then were super responsive, kind, and fair getting me the correct copy shortly after at no extra cost. The product itself was as described in great condition. I’ll definitely go out of my way to shop with them specifically again, even if that next purchase was slightly more costly, worth it for great customer service. Thank you!

Shipping did seem a bit slow, but I guessed the sender was busy which happens, but it did arrive quickly after being shipped so it worked out.
