    The seller informed me that there was a mailing mix up and refunded me. I totally appreciate the communication and the speed in which I was refunded, and hence, am giving the seller positive reviews and would purchase from them again. Curiously, FedEX informed me the package was “delivered”, but I did not receive it.

    Very cute bag! I am so happy I went with this one. I absolutely love the material. Arrived brand new, with tags, in a bag, as stated. The price was well worth it. The bag has ample room to put everything you may need to go out for the day, to the doctor's, or anywhere really. The bag came from Amazon, however I would like people to keep in mind that Amazon sellers also sell on eBay. This eBayer did a fantastic job in getting my item to me promptly & without problems. A++++ Thank you!!

    The quality of the item itself isn't the best (a few manufacturing blemishes), but overall, for this price, I can't complain. And the seller shipped it out extremely promptly; it arrived a day after being shipped. A+ Seller.

    This was only the second time I have complained in over 7 years. This was from Amazon and everything in the advertisement says xl and I received a 4xl from Amazon. Seller will take his time answering as a matter of fact he only responded after I reported him to ebay. Wanted me to return but fortunately Amazon refunded me and I didn't have to go through the hassle because honestly I don't trust this seller. Amazon said it was a third party situation and it was unacceptable. Unacceptable sell
