  Great seller, beautiful piece. I will treasure it for many years to come. Great communication and very friendly seller. Packaged very well and as described. The only issue I had was with customs charging me an extra $400 for import duty fees. So if buying overseas, please be weary of these charges.

  I received this shetland sheepdog today. It is the most beautiful lladro. I have had 4 sheltie. Had 2 say good bye 2 one of mine on Friday, I still have one. It was the hardest thing 2 do. I was so happy 2 get her today. She is bigger than I thought. I love her so much. Thank u. I had it sent DHL and received in 4 days from Spain . The packing was excellent. The person I dealt with had wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop . My sheltie is perfect....

  Shipping was a little expensive but it makes sense since it was coming from Spain to the USA. Item price was a little expensive as well but worth it considering the item age and rarity. Arrived very carefully packaged with no damage. Item looks beautiful and is exactly as described. Made of sturdy porcelain. Excited to own this! Thank you!

  The entire experience went very well. Had a little mishap with the delivery (due to noone’s fault), the seller was extremely understanding and reshipped the item which arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend, trustworthy seller 10/10
