  Shipped in bag w/ thick bubble wrap. 1 corner of puzzle box was broken. I do appreciate the thick bubble wrap, but if it was in a box, it would have kept the puzzle box intact. Puzzle box was very dirty. It will be easy enough to clean with a baby wipe, but I shouldn't have to do that. There was no delivery scanning info until it was delivered, which would have been resolved by getting a receipt instead of just dropping it off. Communication was excellent. Great price for a hard to find item.
