    Company sent me e30 instrument cluster rings instead of the correct part. Told me the correct part was shipped to me but it never came in. I then reached out again and was told they need me to remake a new order. 2 months later no part, no refund…

    Hello! While you did receive the incorrect part by mistake, we both shipped a replacement and subsequently provided a full refund. Because this was an international order, we were unable to ship any faster or provide a better resolution than the replacement and refund, which were processed immediately.
