  Appreciated the seller’s quick response and shipping. Shame I didn’t notice (and it wasn’t listed in the details) that it’s either a discounted, promotional or ‘second’. That’s evidenced by the notch punched out of the sleeve top right. Not a massive deal but never understood why they’d do this. And for a collector it does affect the product.
