  The worst shipping possible was used via USPS. It took a week to ship from Tennessee to Louisiana. The packaging was horrible. Little to no packaging filler was used. The part was described as used which I was expecting scratches and the photo showed the part wasn't broken. When I received the part the mounting corner was broken off. It was a good value for a used part but not a broken part.

  Immediate shipping and as described, just for some reason didn’t fit my brand new bike and I had to return. I believe it was a fair return policy as the part was described well, and was supposed to fit according to the HD part number but it did not. I just had to pay shipping both ways.
