    A very positive experience from this seller who sent an immediate response and refund. The item was as described and postage and packing very good.     Jacket arrived promptly as advertised and well packaged. Unfortunately it didn't fit and I messaged to advise of that. Elena responded, apologised for the inconvenience and issued a refund immediately; would certainly buy from them again and recommend 👍
