    Condition of item purchased was portrayed accurately. Shipping using USPS was slow. The first two promised dates for delivery were not met but the third date was. Packaging by the seller was excellent and was actually beyond what was needed for the type of item being shipped. Item is fully operational and cleaned up nicely as it even looks like new now. No complaints with this buyer.

    Item arrived with the box in poor condition spilling the pink styrofoam through the torn box. The item was due to be delivered two days ago, no reason for delay, then it was to be delivered yesterday only to say a delivery attempt was made when it was not. The weather was snowing so that may have been the true delivery delay. It arrived today. The lamp survived with a bit of a wobble, and the glass shades were well packaged and were unbroken.
