    Very happy with the ladder we bought. Very sturdy for a travel ladder, will be great in the caravan. Brand new and well wrapped. It comes in a bag for easy storage. Service was excellent. I only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today.

    Restored my faith in Australia Post parcel couriers. The cheaper couriers are just that and their delivery reflectsit. I wonce had a delivery that took 1 month to deliver. I now check the seller uses Australia Post couriers as they are very reliable.

    Item as per photo. In the description though it said LED, messaged about this and was told they don't come with a LED. There is an option with the silver steps only, of glow in the dark end caps. It did arrive with a broken end cap from courier damage and with 2 attempts I received the replacement end caps in the black and a set of glo in the dark end caps on my request so the whole step didn't have to be sent away and resent again. Communication to resolve this issue was fast and excellent.
