  this seller was awesome. I received the item damaged through no fault of their own by UPS making the item unusable. the supplier gave me several options, keep the item and they would refund me $80 of the original fees paid or I could return the item for a full refund. I chose to return the item. They kept in contact with me almost daily until I was able to get the item shipped. Thank you transauto-18. I would do business with them again.

  Thank you for the fast shipping. Item was packaged well and as described. The only complaint I have is that it did not come with the foam stick to seal where the top meets the window frame.
