Yes it takes 3-4 weeks as cannot go by air and must ship literally by boat due to flammable/hazard regulations. But that is not seller's fault. They processed and shipped within 2 days of payment. Superbly wrapped, packaged, and boxed, and exactly as described. When one has worn a scent (Equipage) for 50 years, it is a part of the fabric of their life.
