  The seller was very responsive to messages. Unfortunately, the item was lost in the mail by USPS. The seller was quick to apologize and to refund me for it. I really appreciate that he responded quickly. I would buy from him in the future. It’s not his fault that USPS lost the item, he took steps to remedy the situation, and for that I am grateful.
