  I purchased a different ratchet and the Seller offered this ratchet at a reduced price so I bought it also. Both ratchets arrived packaged well and on time.   These wrenches look new, great quality Proto wrenches at a good price. The pictures were an accurate reflection of the product I received. Perfect finish and nicely packed for shipping. If these were used it was very lightly. Extra points for the thank you card included with the package. I would definitely buy again from this seller.

  Listed as used, but condition is NEW, never used unless maybe on plastic oil filter cover on KIA cars, not mark on it. Very pleased with vendor, padded wrench ends in shipping, so it did not slip out of package in transit, which has happened to me in the past with another vendor.
