  I am very frustrated and disappointed with my experience with this seller. I purchased a product on July 21st and received a tracking notification on July 23rd, but the item never arrived. When I contacted the seller on July 31st for an update, she informed me it hadn't shipped yet and would only send it after returning from out of town. I immediately requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. Instead of honoring my request, the seller ignored it and sent the product anyway. still no or
