  The item that was sent did not match the picture. I contacted the seller and told him this. He said if I return the one he sent he will send the correct one for an additional 350.00 I would never recommend this seller. He was very nasty, and wouldn’t acknowledge his mistake.

  Fraudulent Return: This customer sent us a different item upon return. He bought a new mattress from us but returned their used and old one instead. We have reported this buyer to eBay.

  The item wasn't what I expected but matched exactly what the pictures were. The just communication was my fault and not the seller as I didn't realize how many different types of mattresses there were of this brand. Seller did a great job in getting here quickly and it was well packed and was been perfect shape! Thumbs up! Five stars
