  Having always ordered this product from the same seller,knew I would have no complaints,the product is of superior condition and always is the cheapest online or anywhere else,it was delivered as usual within 48 hours, was well packaged,and was just as described,will always use this seller as they give 100% service.

  The seller mistakenly sent the wrong item instead of what was ordered. I reached out to them, and they were kind enough to discuss the issue and agreed to refund 50%, which I appreciate. They are a good seller, but I would suggest taking extra care in checking items before listing and shipping. I also noticed that several other customers have faced similar issues, so improving this process would make the experience even better.

  Quick dispatched and delivery, fantastic comm, item just as described. Great seller. A++++ Nothing against the seller but this is due to ebay's latest forced change for private sellers and how it's affecting me and ever their increasing costs/premiums/rules of postage for selling on ebay despite their BS claim it's now FREE FOR PRIVATE SELLERS, so disgusted with their latest moved has made me use my #VoteWithYourFeet policy and quit using ebay completely, for both selling AND purchasing

  The item was as advertised very good. The delivery driver left package on the doormat. I have a problem with walking and bending down. By the time I got to the door he was delivering parcels on the other side of the road, He then got into his car. He obviously seen me struggling package up ignored me and drove off. I picked up the package eventually luckily I never fell over. Not happy with delivery.

  The order didn’t arrive at first, so I messaged the seller. He got in contact with the courier company, which said the parcel was delayed in transit and would take 2 working days to arrive. The chocolate came in good condition and was well packed. I’ve tried several different types of Dubai chocolate, and this one is the best I’ve had so far. I definitely recommend it.
