  Item received promptly, well packed, and visually undamaged and as-described. Unfortunately, when placed in service the item proved defective (left edge of screen would not respond). Contacted seller. Seller responded promptly with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting ultimately proved unsuccessful, and seller refunded the purchase.
