We had a lot of difficulty with USPS delivering the item (all USPS's fault, not the buyers), and even though they were based in Taiwan, they actively pursued the whereabouts of the case until it was successfully delivered. Very happy with the buyer, the service and most of all the product. Happily recommend them.
