  The item was very well packed in a nice bubble wrap bag so the lego got here nice and safe and let’s face it we know how they can be with our parcels so is nice to see the seller makes sure it’s packed nice and safe , the seller said the item was how it was it was just how they put in the information, the seller had a good price and the one I got I need many more of and it’s getting hard to find at a good price as some sellers over charge this seller does not I would buy from them again thank u

  A VERY DODGY SELLER THAT IS NOT RIGHT IN THE HEAD They sold us a collectible DVD with obvious damage to it's collectible therefore valuable case that was neither shown in the listing photos nor mentioned in the listing description. We said we would be open to accepting a partial refund for the damage yet the seller repeatedly refused and said they would only offer a return for a full refund even though we would have happily accepted a partial refund for the cost of the return postage label?

  As you can see from the photos very minor damage on a £10 DVD. As he said the item was for a collector, I presumed this would not be acceptable, so offered a full refund. He then began threatening me with the Negative feedback and reporting me to the Head of Ebay unless I offered a partial refund. To the extent that I had to block him because of the messages I was receiving. Please see the last few feedbacks he has left. Not a happy bunny if he does not get his own way.

  Interestingly this scammer didn't deny sending us an obviously damaged collectors item not advertising the damage because it's true.They knew it was a present for a collector in a polite enquiry sent about packaging after payment yet knowingly sent us the item in this state without telling us prior to shipping to see if we'd want to cancel. Unsurprisingly they are now attempting to convince future customers into thinking the buyer is the bad egg like all their other replies to negative feedback.
