  Order was confirmed on the 3rd of July and expected delivery date was 10th. Didn't receive item until the 17th of July. Bear in mind I bought it as a gift for a party on the 12th. I contacted the seller and received no communication. I do not recommend this seller. I now have item I no longer need and am being charged to return it.

  Hasn’t arrived which doesn’t surprise me I attempted to order this direct from them before I found it on eBay I ordered it on eBay as they said there was an issue with the original order and said they refunded (something I need to check up on) I got a similar tracking email ie the post office said they had been informed it was coming I have not received an update I think this maybe a scam

  3/4 of the items ordered did not arrive. Very slow to respond on messages, and ignored the first ones. Multiple tracking websites which weren't kept up to date. Now waiting to know if they are posting the missing items or sorting a refund.
