  Uh, Positive transaction overall. Received these items for a good price. The boxes were in worse shape than I realized. They were not packaged well. The boxes are plastic. I believe they suffered further damage in transit. I informed the seller. I should have read the description better. I do think the boxes were worse than the pictures though. I’m not going to keep them anyway because I’m going to dress dolls in these items. I wasn’t offered any compensation other than to return them.

  This was an excellent transaction. The American Girl product is just as described, in very good condition, and was reasonably priced. It is of good quality and looks great. Thank you for timely communication, safe packing and fast shipping. All those earrings were fun to sort out and box. Those small fishing tackle boxes are great for little things like these. Thanks!
